Return & Refund Policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies to orders placed through tacklec.com. We sell ceramic products intended for everyday home use, and because ceramic items are fragile by nature, return and refund requests are reviewed carefully based on the condition of the item, packaging, and the circumstances of delivery. 1. Return Eligibility Period
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Return requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, you should contact us within 48 hours after delivery and provide sufficient supporting information so we can review the issue promptly.
2. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours after placement only if the order has not yet been shipped. If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@tacklec.com.
If the order has already been shipped, or if more than 48 hours have passed since the order was placed, the order can no longer be cancelled directly and will instead be handled in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.
3. Return Conditions for Ceramic Products
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and kept in resalable condition, with all original packaging, protective materials, inserts, labels, and included accessories or components intact.
Because ceramic products are fragile and may be easily chipped, cracked, scratched, or broken if not handled properly, returned items must be packed securely in protective packaging equivalent to or better than the original packaging. Returns may be refused, or the refund amount may be reduced where the item is returned broken, chipped, cracked, incomplete, improperly packed, or otherwise damaged after delivery due to customer handling, storage, or return transit packaging issues.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return: final sale or clearance items where marked; customized or personalized products; items that have been used, installed, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery; items missing original packaging or protective materials; and items returned in a condition that is not suitable for resale.
For ceramic goods, items showing signs of post-delivery impact damage, misuse, improper cleaning, improper storage, or damage caused by inadequate return packaging are also not eligible for refund or may be subject to a partial refund only, where permitted.
5. Return Request Process
To request a return, please contact info@tacklec.com and include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, the reason for the return, and clear photos where applicable. If the request involves damage, defect, or an incorrect item, please provide clear photos of the item, the inner packaging, the outer packaging, and the shipping label.
Returns must be approved before being sent back. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without authorization, as unauthorized returns may be refused or may not be processed. 6. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to customer preference, ordering error, change of mind, or any reason not caused by us, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
If the return is due to a verified merchant error, including a damaged-on-arrival item, a defective item, or an incorrect item sent by us, we will review the case and may provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, refund, return label, reimbursement of reasonable return shipping costs, or another suitable resolution depending on the circumstances.
7. Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are typically credited within 7 business days after approval. The actual posting time may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, PayPal, Stripe-supported payment method, or other payment provider.
If the returned item does not meet the conditions stated in this policy, the refund may be rejected or adjusted to reflect the actual condition of the returned goods, where permitted by applicable law.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us first at info@tacklec.com if there is any issue with an order. We maintain order records, shipment tracking, delivery confirmation, return communications, and photo evidence where applicable in order to review claims fairly and respond to payment disputes or chargebacks submitted through Stripe, PayPal, card issuers, or other payment channels.
Submitting a chargeback or payment dispute does not automatically qualify an order for a refund. Refund eligibility remains subject to this Return & Refund Policy, including the return period, item condition requirements, evidence provided, delivery confirmation, and carrier or payment provider investigation results where applicable.
